Sessions

We provide morning and afternoon sessions on a daily basis (Monday to Friday) between 9.15am - 11.45am and 12.45pm - 3.15pm. We have two sessions per week which are specifically for those children due to start school and these are called the “rising 5’s“. We have an excellent ratio of staff to children, with a maximum of 16 children to 3 or 4 staff at any one time.

Staff

Pre-School has two supervisors and five assistants with qualifications ranging from Introduction to Pre-School Practice, to Diploma in Pre-School Practice and Teaching Certificate. There is always ongoing training with Derbyshire Early Years and Childcare Partnership.
